Unfortunately it’s impossible to lose weight in one specific body part. To shrink your stomach and legs, you would have to lose body fat over all which is done with clean eating, a lower caloric intake, and cardio and strength training. (: Also, even if you do these things, you may never lose that fat off of those body parts. Everyones body works a different way, and people lose fat off of different places.
