So I’ve been eating healthy all throughout Ireland but I still feel like I’m going to gain so much! It’s like I’ll get a greek salad for lunch, but it will be doused in oil, and then full fat feta cheese. And I’m eating yogurt from the hotel for breakfat, but I’m guessing thats full fat, and if I get the eggs then they’re probs cooked with eggs and salt. And like at lunch I had tomatoe soup and some “brown bread” but I honestly have no idea how any of this is cooked!

Why don’t you ask how the dishes are cooked before you order them?? And just do some exercises before bed and drink ice cold water throughout the day as much as you can!! Enjoy your vacation and stop thinking about food so much!!
