Just another girl Trying to shed off the pounds, the healthy way.
At first I tried restricting my calories to a dangerously low number, and it worked, for a while. But I gained it all back, plus more. I've tried to do it by eating healthy in extremely small portions, but I actually ended up gaining more because of binges. Now I'm doing it healthy, and it is the best decision I ever made. Watch me become beautiful.
I stand 5 feet and 2 inches tall.

gavemypantiestoageek asked: ask for dressing on the side, and don't eat as much cheese? and maybe you can ask them to not use salt for your eggs? (I don't know if they're made in front of you or a buffet-style or something you order) Most breakfast places I've gone to don't use salt because they let people salt it as they like, though.
